Shan Taylor
Lead Pastor
Shan has served in various Pastoral roles since 2012. He was called to Pastor at EBC in April of 2023. He is passionate about God’s Word and equipping people to follow God’s call. He will graduate with his PhD in Biblical Exposition in May of 2024 from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He married his wife Meag in 2011. They have four children and two dogs.
Michael McDuffie
Executive Pastor
Michael has served as EBC’s Administrator since 2022 and was ordained as a staff pastor 2023. He and his wife, Kathryn, were married in 2013 and have 5 children. Michael graduated from Auburn (Business Administration) and from Southern Seminary (MA Theology). His desire is to serve the local church, steward it’s resources well, and help people grow in their love of God and His Word.
Michael Anderson
Student Pastor
Michael embarked on his ministry journey in 2004. He’s been happily married to his beloved wife Claudette since 1998, and together they have been blessed with four wonderful children. Michael pursued his education at Western Governors University, specializing in Marketing, and deepened his understanding of Biblical Studies at Moody Bible Institute. His dedication to both family and faith shines through in his life’s work.
Greg Allen
Children’s Pastor
Greg answered the call to ministry in June 2020. His desire is to teach biblical truths to the children and families of Emmanuel Baptist Church and the community. Through discipleship he wants to instill a biblical worldview in each child so that they will understand the love and devotion their heavenly Father has for each one of them as they grow.
Ben Crowson
Worship Pastor
Ben is married to Christa and has two amazing children. Ben graduated from The Baptist College of Florida in with a Bachelors in Worship Leadership. God has called Ben to serve in Emmanuel Baptist Church in music ministry and he wants serve in whatever capacity God wants. He and his family are proud to be apart of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
Suzanne Diven
Director of Preschool Ministry
Suzanne began as the Preschool Minister in June of 2016. Before that, she was the part time Preschool Assistant and volunteered every Sunday and Wednesday. She has a supportive husband, David, and a son and daughter; Lane and Brooke. She has a passion for nurturing and teaching a basic foundation of Biblical truth to our youngest generation.
Susan Jenkins
Ministry Assistant
Susan and her husband Randall have lived in Crestview 18 years and have been involved in local church ministry for over 30 years. She has two children and two grandchildren. Her desire is to serve the Lord in all things and provide a welcoming first contact to Emmanuel Baptist Church.
Ken Bradley

Ken has been married to Dawn for 31 years they have 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren. Ken is retired from the Air Force after 20 years and has been attending Emmanuel for 20+ years and joined on staff in February 2004.
